Danielle OS Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Danielle OS is a personal organization dashboard. This policy describes its use of information, including information accessed through Google Calendar.

Information accessed

If the user connects a Google account, Danielle OS requests read-only access to Google Calendar to show calendar lists and events within the dashboard. It does not request permission to create, change, or delete Google Calendar events.

Use of information

Calendar information is used to display events and calendars in the app. The app also stores information the user enters, such as tasks, lists, and inventory items.

Storage and security

Danielle OS uses Cloudflare services to operate the app and store its application data. Google OAuth credentials and tokens are handled by the server-side integration. Access to the app is controlled through its sign-in system. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

Sharing

Danielle OS does not sell Google user data or use Google Calendar information for advertising. Information is processed by infrastructure providers as necessary to operate the app, including Cloudflare and Google.

Retention and deletion

App information and calendar connection credentials may remain stored until deleted by the app operator. Google Calendar access can be revoked from the Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revoking access stops future authorized requests, but does not automatically erase data previously stored in the app.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app's functionality or data practices change.
